• The commissioner must be 18+ years of age.• Communication will be prioritized through Discord, but Bluesky is also available.• If applicable, the commissioner is expected to provide a clear digital reference of the character. (Unshaded is preferred but shaded could also work. Just be aware of the risk of inaccurate colors.)• T.A.T. ranges from a week to 2 months and more depending on the nature of the commission and my life status. If something drastic happens and it affects my work, I will make it known.• I will not do short notice deadline commissions.• I reserve myself the right to terminate a commission or commission request for safety reasons. (I.e., the commissioner is being obnoxiously rude or inappropriate.)• I can absolutely send progress updates. There will also always be a sketch shown to get approval before I start lineart. If updates are requested, I will absolutely provide them. All that's in the way is my memory.• Simple fixes to the finished piece will be free of charge, but it will be entirely dependent on the type of piece it is and will mostly be resolved on a case by case basis. Fixes for mistakes that are entirely on me are also similarly completely free of charge. Excessive requests for fixes will be seen as abusing this point and will not be tolerated.• I will send the finished piece to an email of choice, but only after full payment has been issued. Please do remind me of this if I forget.• If you break my T.O.S. in any way, you will be blacklisted and blocked.• I allow strictly no use of AI or NFT of any kind with my artworks and will Not tolerate any use of AI during any part of the commission process. I Will turn you down. Same goes for AI generated reference images. You will be blacklisted and blocked. If payment had been issued prior, you will be refunded.• These terms are subject to change.
• Payment is done via PayPal invoice or Ko-Fi/Stripe. Ko-Fi is highly preferred.• For commissions below 50€, the commissioner is expected to pay upfront in full.• For commissions above 50€, the commissioner can pay full upfront, but has the choice to pay half upfront when ordering then the remaining half once the artwork is finished. I will send a watermarked, blurred and downsized version of the piece for proof in this situation.• There will be no refunds once the piece is finished and sent as it will be considered a good shipped and received.• In the situation that a commissioner is facing trouble and the piece has not been finished yet, a refund is entirely possible. This will rely on a case by case basis. If a refund has been issued, there will be no further progress updates past the last update and the unfinished piece will be discarded.• In the case of a bank opposition, you will be blacklisted and I will forward the word that you cannot be trusted to any group I can reach.
• I keep rights over all commissioned artworks and reserve myself the right to use the commissioned artworks in a non-profit way.• In case of profit use, I will reach out to the customer to seek explicit permission. Such permission will be recorded.• The commissioner may use the commissioned artworks for things such as online avatar or header, and may print out the artwork as long as it is for personal/non-profit use only.• The commissioner is strictly prohibited from using commissioned artworks for commercial use.• The commissioner is expected to give proper credit to the artist when applicable.
• Everything stated above.• The commissioner is expected to have a Toyhouse account to host the design. No code can be provided if the commissioner has none.• The commissioner is strictly prohibited from removing or editing watermarks on the original design art.• The commissioner is not authorized to sell the design for more than bought for —if applicable— unless commissioned art adds to the value.• It would be preferred that the design is not traded or sold to someone without a Toyhouse account.• Please credit @MuzzledJester accordingly when applicable as the original designer and artist.• The commissioner has full rights over the design, including commercial rights. Those rights pass on if the design is resold or traded.• The commissioner is authorized to alter colors, markings or details on the original design art if they wish. I would suggest keeping the original version somewhere.• Similarly, it is entirely authorized to redesign or alter the design, with or without modifying the original design art. Only limit is to keep the design coherent and decently recognizable. Once again, removing watermarks is strictly prohibited.• If you end up opening a bank opposition, you instantly lose all rights over the design and I am free to resell or reuse it.
